Requisites for Return & Refund
Please note, items bought on sale & pre-orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
If you find yourself in any of the below scenarios, send us a picture of the product and the tag:
- Your shoes are defective
- You got the wrong product
- You got the incorrect shoe size
- If it’s not the same as the one on the website
- If the order is incomplete
Initiating Returns
You can start a return/exchange by simply following the steps below:
- Call our support number +919259398610 or email us at info@theslasho.com within 5 days of the product being delivered.
- Share the details of the order (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and reason for return).
- We will get back to you once we inspect your product within 2-4 business days and initiate the refund or replacement process.
- Products may not be eligible for a return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as colour of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
- In case you have purchased an item, which has a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.
- Items bought on sale are not eligible for returns.
The Refund Process
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your product, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically receive the refund in your bank account.
There are a few points to keep in mind:
- If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that.
- During peak seasons please allow up to 15-18 business days for your return to process.
- For both cancelled orders & returned products, the refund amount will be credited into your bank account.
For Prepaid Methods
If your payment method is Credit/Debit card/Netbanking, refunds will be initiated in 7 days and the amount may take up to 10-14 business days, depending upon your bank to reflect in your account.
Cash On Delivery
Refunds will be initiated in 7 days on the account details provided while raising returns request and amount may take up to 10-14 business days, depending upon your bank to reflect in your account.
Note - We do not issue refunds for the additional Cash on Delivery (COD) charges paid by you.
