Shipping Policy

To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we have put together a few essential points to keep in mind.

  • Customers are requested to provide an accurate, complete and valid address and pin code at the time of creating an account to avoid any delays, as we would not be liable if any incorrect address is provided and no refunds may be claimed by the buyer for any delivery of the products, which was caused due to reasons beyond our control.
  • Please note that the Billing Address refers to the address where a customer receives credit card bills and shipping address refers to the address where the order has to be delivered. 
  • You cannot change the shipping address once the order is placed.
  • All prices are inclusive of GST.
  • We disclaim our liability in case of any delay in the delivery due to unforeseen events or wrong delivery address provided by the buyers.
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • The whole order amount including delivery charges (if any) will be refunded if the order is cancelled or lost in transit by us.
  • Our courier partners will make contact with the shipping number provided at the time of delivery. Please make sure to answer the call for smooth delivery. 
  • After 3 failed attempts to deliver your product, your order will be returned to our warehouse.

  • For COD Orders

  • COD orders will be charged INR 100.
  • All COD orders are contacted by our customer service team for security purposes. 
  • 2 attempts will be made to confirm the order failing which, orders will be cancelled. (We suggest confirming your COD order on call for a smooth delivery experience). 
  • A phone number is mandatory, so please make sure to provide the correct phone number while placing the order to have a smooth delivery experience.
